The office in Lima serves women to the south and east of the city.  This office has the staff with the longest history working with FINCA Peru.  There are six organizers working in Lima, and they have an average of seven years experience.  They make sure that the clients know each other and often visit each other’s businesses.

Meetinga in Lima are weekly or bimonthly.  For security reasons loans are not given in cash, but instead in the form of checks.
