FINCA Peru has taken the opportunity to initiate a business management-training program.  Services include training in:

• managing money
• increasing sales
• developing successful strategies
• calculating deposits, costs, and profits. 

Two years ago FINCA Peru decided to add training related to business in order to increase knowledge about business management among clients.

The business-training program was started through an alliance with two organizations: Freedom from Hunger (region of Ayacucho) and Atinchik (region of Lima)

Preparing this program has been a long process that not only benefits out clients but also our employees.
