After a decade of working, we feel proud to share the fruits of Finca Perú. Our mission to contribute to the empowerment of women who are destined to overcome the poor conditions in which they live, to promote their creativity and to facilitate the full use of their potentials has been accomplished through the complete service we offer: “our village banks”.

The values that we teach and impress upon our clients are producing a change for thousands of families in Lima, Ayacucho and Huancavelica.

To Finca Perú, everyone of its clients is a unique individual — a human being with possibilities of development and of overcoming the difficulties of his or her living conditions — someone that deserves a reliable, trust-worthy service.

Our personnel has grown with us since our beginning and has learned to look optimistically at its work for and with those who need it the most, similar to the manner in which our clients have been developing themselves both as micro-entrepreneurs and as women, proud of what they have achieved.

In its first 10 years, Finca Perú offered its services to more than 37,000 women. These women improved their self-esteem, changed the attitude with which they view their lives, and became the protagonists of their own development.

These advances encourage us to continue our mission, consolidate our leadership and expand our system of village banking, bringing our services that stretch far beyond financial support, to other regions in Peru.

With our work, we are looking to strengthen the capacity of our clients, allowing them to make decisions with confidence, to gain admittance to resources with equity and to confront reality with the willingness to come out ahead.

Finally, we would like to celebrate - together with our clients and all friends of the microfinance-community – the acquisition and enlargement of the new location of Finca Perú in Huamanga, Ayacucho. This new location is a home for all of you, a home where we will welcome you as always with care and respect and where we will serve you with the excellence and warmth that you deserve.
