This region is characterized by the enthusiasm of its employees.  Within the region of Ayacucho there is one office in the city of Huamanga, and a second in Huanta.  In addition organizers travel to various towns to serve banks in rural areas.  The groups meet weekly with FINCA Peru where the meetings are conducted in both Spanish and Quechua.  The intense training on personnel development, self-esteem, and values, is the key to the success of the region.  In addition, this region has the highest level of savings with an average of US $316 per person.
